NEWEST ADDITION TO THE CAST
Kapamilya teen actors Alexa Ilacad and Gab Lagman are lucky to have gotten the spot for their roles in Init Sa Magdamag. During a recent mediacon via Zoom, their characters were introduced as the newest addition to the Init Sa Magdamag cast.
Sina Hannah (Alexa) at Kiko (Gab) ay hindi ‘yung tipikal na boy meets girl story dito.
Sa umpisa, away- bati sila but as the story progresses, we will see kung ano ang magiging development sa kanila.
As the teleserye enters its book 2, the characters’ stories also evolve. Dito na papasok sina Hannah at Kiko. Their characters won’t be doing daring or heavy scenes dahil loveteam ang peg nila na pampa-balanse sa mabibigat na eksena nina JM de Guzman, Yam Concepcion at Gerald Anderson.
WILL HANNAH AND KIKO’S FRIENDSHIP BLOSSOM?
Alexa said during the mediacon that their characters go beyond the aso’t pusa and awayan trend. “Ang ganda kasi ng kuwento nila eh, hindi ‘yung tipikal na aso’t pusa na nagbabangayan. Ang sarap nilang i-portray kasi ang daming nangyayari. Syempre, dahil may story siya naroon na rin ‘yung character development nila, ‘yung mga values na meron ang bawat character…”
Gab, too has grown in terms of dealing with his role in Init Sa Magdamag. If he had his way, he’d rather na hindi naman aso’t pusa ang next nilang characters ni Alexa. “ Ngayon, ini-enjoy namin ‘yung kung paano sina Kiko at Hannah sa isa’t isa.”
But if given the chance that they’re gonna work again in the future, he is open to portraying other roles with Alexa.
WHAT YOU DISCOVERED ABOUT EACH OTHER
This pair is a potential love team, may kilig na agad at may chemistry sila. Ang cutie nila on screen, huh? The two already started their lock-in bubble taping and because of this, they got to know more about the people they are working with.
“With Alexa, I learned that she is very generous, she gives our co workers food, marami kasi kaming nagagawang bonding ni Alexa, sabay kaming kumakain ng tapsi. Mga simpleng bagay na mas nagiging close kami.” says Gab, who I can say if given more projects can shine as a heartthrob.
Alexa said, she is happy to have Gab as a partner and she can be patient with him. They both enjoy their time together doing things, bonding, and getting to know each other while waiting on the set.

ALEXA & GAB: LOVETEAM TO WATCH OUT FOR
